The TIL House and Truth in Living, Inc. do not guarantee acceptance, housing availability, placement, employment, government funding, or specific outcomes. Eligibility and fit are reviewed during the housing-fit process.
Housing programs, not treatment
Our programs are housing programs, not medical treatment, assisted living, clinical rehabilitation, or guaranteed supportive-service programs.
Fair housing
We are an equal opportunity housing provider. We comply with applicable fair housing laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or other protected class under applicable law. All housing decisions follow applicable fair housing and screening requirements.
Locations
The TIL House welcomes housing inquiries across our designated South Carolina and North Carolina markets. We do not claim national operating locations, agency partnerships, certifications, or accreditations that have not been verified. We do not imply any location has confirmed openings until its status is verified by an administrator.
Billing & payments
Billing terminology, deposits, late fees, and payment structures are subject to applicable South Carolina landlord-tenant protections. Calling a charge a program fee does not necessarily change its legal classification. Payment processing is configured through the platform when connected and tested.

This website provides general information. Content is subject to change. Submitting an inquiry or referral is a request, not an agreement or guarantee of housing.
